This park is located on Fort George Island. The many activities that can
be enjoyed include beach driving, fishing, swimming, sunbathing and bird
watching. Campsites are available.

Timucuan Preserve
Preserving one of the last unspoiled coastal wetlands on the Atlantic
Coast and historic and prehistoric sides within the area, the 46,000-acre
Timcuan Ecological and Historic Preserve is an estuarine ecosystem with
salt marsh, coastal dunes and hardwood hammocks.

Talbot Islands State Parks
Comprised of a chain of barrier islands, and located North of the St.
Johns River, the Talbot Islands State Parks includes miles of beautiful
beaches, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing, camping, hiking and nature
trails.
