Grand Canyon National Park - Beautiful, majestic, magnificent, colorful, breathtaking and gigantic are just some of the adjectives used to describe this natural wonder. More than 5 million visitors a year flock to see the mile deep, 250 mile long crevasse made by the Colorado River. Visitors hike, mule ride, white-water raft, and view this
marvel from helicopters. Whichever mode you choose, you'll be sure to be
amazed at the natural splendor. Grand Canyon Village - A popular stop for the
majority of Grand Canyon visitors. The village features a variety of
accommodations, camping spots, restaurants, visitor activities, excursions
and gift shops. Tusayan Ruins and Museum - Stroll along the paved
walking path through this nearly-900 year old Anasazi village where some
of the earliest settles to the area lived. There is a small museum
showcasing some of the original artifacts and information about the
settles. |
