Historical
Buckingham Fountain
One of the largest fountains in the world, the Buckingham Fountain has 133
jets that spray 14,000 gallons of water per minute. Modeled after the
Latona Fountains in the Versailles, this monument was donated in 1927 by
Kate Buckingham in honor of her brother, Clarence.

Charney-Persky House
The Charney-Persky House was constructed with brick and limestone,
standing out from the traditional Victorian-style homes of the late-19th
Century. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and Louis Sullivan, the house once
belonged to two primary families before becoming a National Historic
Landmark in Chicago.
