Inside the Park: Ahwahnee Dining Room—Located inside The Ahwahnee hotel, this luxurious restaurant features 34ft high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and linens and china. ‘Resort Casual’ is required. Call (209) 372-1489 for reservations. Mountain Room—This restaurant located in Yosemite Lodge at the Falls is open for dinner year round. Their specialties are steak and trout. Dining is offered on a first-come/first-serve basis, however for large parties call (209) 372-1274 for reservations. Wawona Dining Room—If you are staying at the Wawona Hotel you will want to eat at this charming restaurant. The décor is Victorian like the rest of the hotel. Their Pot Roast and Flat Iron Steak are extremely popular, as is its contest winning White Turkey Chili. For reservations call (209) 375-1425. Yosemite Village—There are many casual dining places to eat in the valley serving salads, sandwiches, pizzas and burgers. Most of these restaurants are open from spring to the fall. Trailhead Snack Stands—These handy little snacks are located near the major trailheads with the popular tourist sites and are open seasonally.
Outside the Park: With so many dining options available in the park, you might not want to leave, but if you are staying outside the park, or just want a change, you might want to try one of these restaurants: Charles Street Dinner House—With its Old-Fashioned Western-Style décor you would expect them to consider steak a specialty (especially Filet Mignon), however, this restaurant is also known for its Scallone and Australian Lobster Tail and many other delightful seafood dishes.

House Chateau Du Sureau--This restaurant located in a charming Chateau is fine dining at its best. The Chateau itself only has 10 elegantly appointed rooms and 2 suites, and the restaurant is no less exclusive. They serve regional cuisine and fine wines.
Chateau de Sureau Narrow Gauge Inn--This mountainside restaurant is appointed just how you would expect it to be—with stone fireplaces and a rustic lodge décor. They serve dinner 5 nights a week, specializing in steaks and seafood.
