Amusement Parks Phoenix has quite a few amusement parks, due in large part to its dry sunny weather. Most of these parks are water parks which allow residents and guests a perfect way to cool down while having fun. Big Surf—This water park hosts the original wave pool. They have lots of different slides and tube rides.
Big Surf Castles N’ Coasters—There are lots of coaster rides to choose from, two free-fall type rides, mini-golf, bumper boats, a carousel and even a log flume ride. While this park isn’t a water park, there are lots to keep the kids happy.
Castles N’ Coasters Enchanted Island Amusement Park—Think amusement park for the 2-10 year old set. There are about 9 rides to choose from including, bumper boats and a carousel. It is a small park, but if you have younger children, it’s a great way to spend the day.

Amusement Park Golfland Sun Splash—This park is actually 2 parks in one. The gigantic castle is home to a huge video arcade, laser tag and other indoor amusement activities. You can also catch mini-golf or the ride the race track here. On the other side of the park are numerous water slides of all types.
Golfland Sun Splash Waterworld Safari—Have a blast on over 16 different water rides and attractions including a lazy river tube ride and free-fall.
