1818) was restored to depict life in the 1800’s.

El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument
Founded in 1953 this monument is actually a park comprised of 27
historical sites all nestled around a plaza in the heart of “old” Los
Angeles. There are many walking tours offered here as well as individual
tours of the separate buildings.

now is home to the visitor’s center where you can see a video on the
history of Los Angeles.
